Initial Consult (45 min) – $50

Consultation for medically assisted weight loss program.  Will determine goals and draw labs.  Deposit will be applied to skinny infusion, weight loss injections or monthly GLP-1 program.

WEIGHT THERAPY MENU

Slim shot –  $30 (Lipo) Lipotropic injection.  Can be given weekly to help burn and excrete fat.  Great paired with B12 injection and most effective with diet and exercise.

Slim shot plus – $50  (Lipo) Lipotropic and B12 injections given together for increased metabolism and energy, fat burning and excretion.

Skinny drip – $140

A blend of Vitamins and minerals that aids in fat burning, Increases your metabolism and energy levels, curbs your appetite.

Vitamin C, B Complex, magnesium chloride, Calcium Chloride, and amino acids

Slim Skinny – $175  (slim shot plus and skinny drip combo)
